juju run output is sorted by machine id alphabetically not numerically

Bug Description

for example, it sorts 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

It should sort numerically.

As noted in the above review, the code currently does the sorting on the server, which is quite wrong. The server should return results in the order in which they were requested, and the client should be the one doing the sorting.
