machine agent on instances dies

Bug Description
The agent on my instances has a high death-rate. Among sixteen instances, I average about an agent or two dieing every day. The last line in machine-agent.log before the agent dies seems to be:
2012-11-17 07:04:46,098: txzk.managed@ERROR: error while re-establish AttributeError(
I'm not yet sure how long after this line it is that the agent would die.
The instances are Precise images.
