Bug Description

This is related to Bug #1217532.

It's currently *really* difficult to search Google for information on Juju. For many reasons, our SEO is suboptimal.

For starters, though, our Juju sites should be publishing sitemaps.xml and making those available for Google and other search engines.

Before we do this, we have to make the content indexable at all. This has been a known task for some time, pushed off to post OSCON. It is now in progress, and sitemaps will follow.
