Align quickstart to the latest HP Cloud configuration options

An old HP cloud environment (type=openstack) I set up no longer works (and used to).
We should investigate on possible changes in how the environment is defined, and fix quickstart accordingly.

My HP env looks like the following:

 hp:

The error I get is the following:
