We should consider adding support for MAAS in quickstart.

We've verified bundles work. we should add MAAS as a provider you can configure and permit deploying bundles.

We need to verify if we should auto launch a juju-gui charm or not. We do it currently by colocating with the state server to make it fast and light on resources. This might not be the correct path in the MAAS world.

I did add a feature request to make the GUI deployment a flag; that let's the sysadmin decide:

Just to clarify: since quickstart deploys bundles via the guiserver API, no GUI == no bundles from the quickstart perspective.
