Bug Description
The source tarball from PyPI contains HACKING.rst which refers to Makefile, but this doesn't exist. I see it in bzr trunk, so I presume something needs to be added to setup.py to have it included in the Python sdist?
I found what I needed from bzr trunk, so this does not block me currently.
