local charm deploy via drag and drop doesn't work

Bug Description
On Ubuntu 17.10 if I drag a local charm which I have zipped onto the juju gui it continues to display the message "Drop file to add to model" even after I let go of the mouse button. The only way to clear it is to refresh the page. The charm is not deployed.
I have tested this on Google Chrome 61.0.3163.100 and Firefox 56.0 both are 64bit.
I have attached the charm in question.
