charm details shows 0 deployments for all charms

Information about number of deployments is wrong and out of sync.

e.g. this bundle
https://demo.jujucharms.com/~jean-deruelle/bundle/mobicents-restcomm-mysql-bundle-4/?text=restcomm#code

was deployed today by me and Jean a few times on AWS and local env using GUI and command line.
juju quickstart u/jean-deruelle/mobicents-restcomm-mysql-bundle/4

While number of deployments for this bundle is still 0.

BTW In Juju GUI zero deployment displayed for every charm details.
See attachment on side menu there is 32k deployment while charm description shows 0. This issue is present for a very long time and it would be great to fix this finally as every juju user see this inconsistency from very first minute he/she starts using juju GUI.

There is a download showing. There's a known issue that when the charmstore counts deployments it hits a caching server endpoint and some downloads are then missed. There's a fix for that in the charmstore that should be released next week.

The charmdetails bug is an issue that it must not be looking at the right field in the api and updating this bug to be about that specific issue in the juju gui and not the charmstore counting issue. The GUI just shows what the store tells it.

I understand there are two issues:

1. caching server missed downloads - fix to be release next week (could you add link to the issue?)

2. charm details bug - 0 deploys, wrong field in the api - Is there any fix planned for the charm details 0 deploys bug?

For 1) we didn't have a publicly open issue, so I've created one here [1] for tracking. Also note that this is an offline process, so download stats will be updated on interval basis, current default being 15min.

The bug for 2) has been identified and will be fixed in next juju gui release, also scheduled for next week.
