erroneous statement in the GUI charm readme

Under the "The Juju GUI Server" heading there is a line item which reads

"""It supports deploying local charms by proxying browser HTTPS connections to the Juju HTTPS API backend. This also includes retrieving and listing local charms' files."""

It can not retrieve, nor list, local charms.

We can surely rewrite that sentence to be less confusing. That said, it does not claim that it can retrieve/list local charms (in the left pane, for instance). It states that it can retrieve/list local charms' files, and that's exactly what it does after the user uploaded a local charm by dragging a dropping a charm archive (and therefore she uses the ability to proxy "browser HTTPS connections to the Juju HTTPS API backend").

But if the above makes users think we support local charms in the browser, then let's fix the sentence, or perhaps just remove it from README, as it seems more like an implementation detail description rather than a user facing documentation.
