Bug Description
To confirm the deployment journey we currently say "Confirm will deploy all changes " I think it would be better to say "Deploy changes?" and have the buttons read "Cancel" and "Deploy"
The word deploy should interchange between deploy and commit depending if it is a first time deployment or not.
Deploy changes? [Cancel] [Confirm] - First time deployment
Commit changes? [Cancel] [Commit] - second time deployment
