Bug Description
Environment:
MaaS with 5 nodes ( 1 for gui, 4 for openstack )
1. deploy bundle via GUI
2. add machines with specifying constraints ( might be the reason )
3. associate units
4. commit changes
In the video, you will see one of the agent-states is in a failed status, because of the constraints, this isn't the always the case. It still will error even if it provisions the nodes properly in MaaS
