force enable container support from machine view

Bug Description

I just had a question about doing containers in the GUI "why does it say containers aren't supported in my environment".

We should probably allow the user to enable the containers from the machine view instead of having to 'just know' about the flags or the ? secret menu.

The empty space in the container column would be a great space to put some onboarding about why it's not turned on by default in their environment.

I'm +1 on the onboarding but -1 on making it easier to enable. It opens us up to a rabbit hole of supporting things we cannot support.

I'm not sure I agree. In the case in question the user knew containers were supported but thought that there was a bug in the GUI because it worked fine on the CLI so I'd really like to point them in the direction of enabling this functionality in the onboarding.
