Bug Description
Deploy the GUI to the stateserver on ec2
Switch to the machine view and create a new machine
Select the 'ghost machine' token
Click commit/confirm
The ghost token will stay there and the new machine token will be created after the ack from Juju
Switching to the canvas and back again leaves the token rendered
