Advanced constraints supported when creating machines

Bug Description

Many users of HA setups need to very specifically control the instance type and zones for new machines. The CLI supports this for AWS (and I believe a few other providers), but having to return to the CLI to manage machines is killing our workflow.

A generic "constraints" field that takes a list of constraints would be a great start for the `Add Machine` action.

e.g. `instance-type=m1.small`

The provider specific field `zone` would be fantastic as well, since I often run commands like these:

`juju add-machine zone=us-east-1c --constraints="instance-type=m1.small"`

Thanks, we definitely want to add more constraint support to the GUI in order to keep in sync with Juju.
