Bug Description
To reproduce:
On EC2 use the 'containers' flag
switch to machine view and create a new machine and a container on that machine.
wait until that machine and container are up.
Click the parent machine and destroy it.
It will say that it'll be destroyed on commit
Commit the changes
It'll error because there is a container on the machine but the machine token will still say that i'll be destroyed and now the 'destroy' option in the token dropdown is greyed out.
The only way to fix this is to refresh the GUI.

I think the best way for us to move this forward is to work on the feature that's on the todo list that is we should generate a full stack of changes in the ecs for a delete request of an item that has a series of items inside of it.
