Machine token charm icons do not show when you add a bundle

Bug Description
When looking at machine view and you add a bundle the machine tokens do not show charm icons but they show a white square instead. See attached.
To repeat this bug:
1) Load MV comingsoon
2) Navigate to MV
3) Click monogodb:cluster
4) Click add to canvas
5) Click confirmation
6) Review machine tokens, the bug should be visible at this point.
The charm icons do show once you navigate to SV and then back to MV.

Hi Luca, I'm working on a branch right now which fixes this issue. It should be resolved shortly.
