Bug Description
Tooltips should be added throughout the interface on key elements that aren't clear. They are an affirmation step to used to inform the user that they are clicking on the right icon.
Key areas tooltips should show:
• Status (Inspector)
• Configuration (Inspector)
• Relations (Inspector)
• Mass scaling UI – the tooltip should say "Add units"
Attached is an image of how the tooltips should be styled. For a first run it would be great if the tooltips could appear after a short delay, maybe 0.2 seconds or so, I might like to tweak this though on review.
