Bug Description
In a real environment or simulated env with the debugger open
Drag and drop a charm - do not close the ghost inspector
Click deploy/confirm
When it switches to the real inspector it shows a single unit line which shows 'undefined units' until juju responds with the real unit count (about 5s)
