Bug Description

related: https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju-gui/+bug/1322596

If the "show certificate" button and "always trust" checkbox were not clicked and checked, and the continue button is clicked, safari will allow https, but not wss. This should be detect and help displayed to the user. Easiest fix for user is to restart safari and try again.

The GUI needs to help users decipher what's up. By default we use a self-signed cert and when the user blows past this warning they get the 'loading environment' and no error. We need to help time that out, try to help hint the user that the need to check this for safari to work, and maybe even suggest they run their charm without https.
