Clicking to view the inspector of a dying service keeps it around after the service is destroyed

To reproduce:
Deploy a service in a real environment.
Once it's green click the service to view it's inspector then click to destroy it (the inspector will close)
Click the service again before the service icon disappears and you'll see the inspector with a warning "This service is being destroyed"
Keep this inspector open until the service icon disappears.
The inspector will stay open - it should close.

(The url still shows /inspector/<serviceName> once the icon disappears)
