Dropping service errors in Chrome

Bug Description

In Chrome and Chromium if you click on anything but the text of a charm in the charmbrowser and drag it to the canvas it will give you an error: "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token h".

This is because it is trying to parse the charm's url (e.g. http://localhost:8888/precise/mysql-44 ) instead of some JSON data.

This appears to only happen in Chrome/Chromium on Ubuntu, OSX it appears to be fine.
