Making ecs call without env locks up chrome tab

If you type the following in the console it locks the chrome tab requiring you to kill the process.

app.env.addMachines([{}]);

app.env.get('ecs').commit(); // (this should be app.env.get('ecs').commit(app.env)

Is there a way to dupe this using the current UI? I'm tempted to mark this is a low priority if not.

I did see this when just working in the UI. That said, I can't dupe it anymore, either in the UI or using the commands listed in the description. I suspect it was fixed as a side effect of other work.
