Bug Description
When exporting a bundle from the GUI, services that are clolocated in the deployed environment are separated in the exported bundle. Thus if you deploy an environment using the CLI using --to or from a bundle that does have colcated services, re-exporting that bundle gives a different configuration.

Thanks for the bug report. This is completely true. The GUI is getting a machine view to be able to demonstrate and track colocated services. Export will be updated as part of this work.
