Checkboxes Do not look disabled when deploying service

Because the 'use defaults' checkbox is true the user cannot modify any configuration settings without toggling that box. If your charm only has toggles then it's very easy to miss that it needs to be 'unlocked' before editing because the toggles don't appear to be disabled, just in the 'falsy' position.

Maybe we can toggle the 'use defaults' checkbox when the user attempts to change a setting while throwing a small notification in the inspector to notify them of the change.
