quicksearch should order results like the real search results

When using the quicksearch the results should be weighted and ordered closer to the real search results would be. For instance, recommended charms getting higher weight, only showing charms for the current release. Only show one charm per service, the highest scoring one as it's impossibly to distinguish which one you really want from the list.

This requires the "More charms" link be added so that we can indicate that there are more results to be found and that option will perform the search and display the full results.
