When exporting an environment it should ask for the environment name

Bug Description
When exporting an environment right now it calls the environment exportedEnv which is then what it gets sent to the charmstore with if the user doesn't manually change it. It should pop up a dialogue which could be pre-filled with the environment name but then give the user the option to change it.
