Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Visit https:/
2) Drag the "Liferay" charm from the sidebar onto the canvas
3) Click "Deploy" in the inspector
4) Click "Build Relation" (Why is it visiable? Is that another bug?)
5) Drag the "Ceph" charm onto the canvas, noting its position.
6) Click "Deploy" in the inspector
7) Note that the "Ceph" charm has moved.
