Bug Description
When you deploy a service, then click on its "charm details" link from the inspector it can run into the sidebar. We have the ability for users to hide the sidebar, but the z-index on the tab to control that is below that of the inpsector details panel so you can't click it without first closing the inspector details view. If it were higher you could close it out of your way in a better more natural way.
