Bug Description
There is UX in place to show that you have to name the service before it is deployed, this hasn't been implemented yet. As you drag a charm to the canvas the name field should show either a green tick or red x to show if this name is accepted. The user can then type into the name input field and as they are typing a blue spinner is shown which validates that the name can be used or not.
