social links should be to -HEAD version

Bug Description
The social links, even if you go to a charm via a -HEAD link go back out versioned. These should be -HEAD links and revision-less overall once we can support that. In this way the links don't go 'out of date' on what's in the store.
Perhaps add a headId attribute to the charm model which grabs the storeId, but replaces the trailing rev with HEAD.
