Bug Description
Using the gui with juju-core in an lxc container setup I deployed mysql and wordpress, related them together, and I got an error on the mysql service.
error: hook failed: "config-changed"
The service block showed the red bar/error, however there was no notification that an error occurred in the notifications counter in the header.
