cannot destroy service from the service details view

Bug Description
When attempting to destroy a service from the older service details the confirmation dialog opens and immediately closes. This doesn't allow the user to complete the destroy.
To replicate:
- Deploy a service
- Click on the service and go to 'view'
- Click on the destroy button in the upper right of the details view
- Notice the confirmation dialog flash by
In the dom is the content of the overlay confirmation dialog but it's got a yui3-panel-hidden class on it meaning that someone did a .hide() on it.
