Invalid charm link when viewing a unit

Bug Description

I'm looking at a unit (see unit.png, attached). It has a link to the charm called "local:precise/swift-storage-53". That link points to https://inst-005.virtual-maas.com/charms/charms//json, which looks incorrect (see the //, as if something was missing). Anyway, the link doesn't load, I just get a page with "Loading" and nothing happens (see loading-nothing-happens.png).
