"juju service view" test is too general

There are too many tests in the "juju service view" suite and they are not narrowly focused enough. Instead they should be broken out into at least one suite per view. Perhaps even one suite per "aspect".

This would reduce the complexity of the test setup code, make writing succinct and informative test descriptions easier, and make it easier to find tests when looking to add new tests or find an existing test.
