Bug Description
To dupe:
In environment view, double click on service.
Service detail page opens. Click on juju logo to return to environment view.
WHAT YOU SHOULD SEE: environment view as before, with no service menu
WHAT YOU SEE: The (single-click) service menu for the service you double-clicked on is open.
