Export bundle without juju GUI

At present, it seems the only way to export deployer configs (a.k.a bundles) via the juju GUI. Please consider adding support to export bundles via the command line.

@bryanquigley I just made a plugging for generate bundles from an environment (https://github.com/niedbalski/juju-deployerizer), would be useful while we don't have a fix for this.

It would be great if we could have this as our stuff is deployed via mojo, and I really want to generate a svg to visualise our deployment using http://svg.juju.solutions/

This issue has come up again while testing Juju 2.0 beta, where the API changes have broken the juju-deployerizer workaround. There is no way to export a bundle from the command line and this is extremely necessary functionality.

Was this "Won't Fix" to close out juju-core or has it been decided this won't be implemented?

"juju-core" is closed to all but Critical bugs as it's tracking Juju 1.
I have re-triaged it for Juju 2 as a wishlist (on "juju" - thank you for re-targeting it!)
