Bug Description
juju-deployer --diff fails consistently if environment has subordinates (juju-core):

I've did this MP which fixes this issue (in a similar way as done w/others: parsing exception string, and skipping if known to return error'd)

, FYI also adds support for M and G size specs (e.g. mem=2G) to avoid false-positive diff mismatches.
