docs tab controls are non linkable/searchable

The current method for tabbed info as we use on the Installation section looks cool, but has a few drawbacks:

* compatibility - not a big issue, but it doesn't work correctly on very old browsers
* Searchability - tabbed content is not visible and therefore not searchable - this also probably screws up indexing for web searches
* Linkability - You cannot link to a particular tabbed piece of content. This restricts being able to refer to these easily from elsewhere in the docs.

Consider instead a method such as http://blogs.sitepointstatic.com/examples/tech/pe/pe-html-css-js.html
