The new and notable points in the 1.13.3 release notes are:

 * The Windows Azure provider now defines a public storage container
for tools. No configuration changes are required. Closes #1216770.

This bug is to request additional suggested usage and cavets for juju unset and manual provisioning via ssh for the juju.ubuntu.com/docs. We'll examine juju help unset for information there, but any further information beyond the help command that we should document we should capture in this bug.
