It seems to be failing on wily, ppc and centos but not other arches or OSs. This suggests timing issues which is not surprising for this test. The test will need to be reworked to be less timing sensitive. It might also be worth re-evaluating what this test is actually checking and figuring out a better way to test that functionality.

I would look at this myself but I've been banned from working on anything but the critical feature I'm working on :-/

Looking at the issue link, this is still being seen in 1.25
