juju version => 2.0-beta12-
juju bootstrap lxd lxd
juju deploy anything
juju ssh anything/0
juju add-model test
juju deploy anything
juju ssh anything/0
In my case the first juju ssh works, the second one does not.

upgrade charm also fails:
$ juju upgrade-charm --path ./anything-charm anything
ERROR authorized-keys missing from model configuration
For some reason this model does not have authorized-keys, but the default model did.
I expect new model to use default authorized-keys.
