Bug Description
Deploying this bundle [1] causes the charms to hang with a juju status --format=yaml of [2]. Checking the debug-logs [3] appears to show that the charm requested has an impossible revision number. Perhaps controller is incrementing the revision number somewhere and failing to reset it?
