lxd provider relies on deprecated lxc bridge

Bug Description
You can no longer bootstrap the lxd provider on a fresh install:
$ juju bootstrap --upload-tools local lxd
ERROR cannot find network interface "lxcbr0": route ip+net: no such network interface
ERROR invalid config: route ip+net: no such network interface
lxd seems to have just switched to its own bridge (by default lxdbr0), and the old one no longer a required dependency.
