Bug Description
juju add-storage <unit> to be able to take as a parameter a block device on a given machine on which the unit
is deployed.
So if ceph/3 were on machine 42 and someone added a disk to machine 42 which appears as /dev/vdx, you want to say:
$ juju add-storage ceph/3 osd-device=/dev/vdx
where "osd-device" is the storage name in the charm metadata.
