Bug Description
I encountered the error when bootstraping juju 1.24.0 on maas.
I started bootstraping,and after waiting for while ,I got error log like this:
2015-07-07 09:08:28 WARNING juju.replicaset replicaset.go:98 Initiate: fetching replication status failed: cannot get replica set status: can't get local.system.
then juju showed : ERROR failed to bootstrap environmen: subprocess encountered error code 1
Seems like juju-mongodb coused this error when bootstraping.
How can I fix this Problem?
