Bug Description
For lxc image caching to work, cloud-image-utils needs to be installed on the bootstrap node. However, this had to be removed for a brief time because of packaging issues with precise. These now have been fixed, and so it's time to add the apt install of cloud-image-utils back again.
Without this package, starting lxc images fails, see http://

Unfortunately, this also reintroduces the issue in bug 1407699 for precise on master. See http:// juju-ci. vapour. ws:8080/ job/joyent- deploy- precise- amd64/1531/ for example - the trusty machine 0 comes up, but the other 2 precise machines fail with cloud-init errors after its package gets removed by cloud-image-utils. I wonder if we could keep the removed packages: cloud-init cloud-initramfs -growroot cloud-utils in precise explicitly somehow, e.g. by installing them along with cloud-image-utils (should work for trusty as well).
