charm tool help is not easy to find

To find out information on charm tools, there is the juju help-tool command.

Unfortunately, despite providing lots of useful info, it's not easy to find
(I couldn't remember the name and ended up finding it by looking at
the source code).

I suggest that a reference to this command be added to the base juju help
output so that it's easier to find.

Please can we fix this rather than marking it as Won't Fix, please.

It just requires adding a sentence of help somewhere.

We have added another alias to this command - 'juju hook-tool' and 'juju hook-tools'. I think it makes better sense now and is discoverable along with other juju commands. All commands are listed by using 'juju help commands'.

I am marking this as Fix Committed since the change went in with a fix for bug # 1628148.
