Bug Description
In a HA environment, it is useful (some would say crucial) to know which machines are
environment managers (and hence cannot be deleted).
Also, when managing state servers, it would be useful to be able to find
out the HasVote and WantsVote status of a machine.

It would also be useful to be able to show the current master machine, as that's where
the current singleton workers will be running.
