The Joyent provider still fails to bootstrap, see http://paste.ubuntu.com/7086067/

The issue still seems to be a mismatch in the SHA256 checksum of the tools tgz file, see output from /var/log/cloud-init-output.log http://paste.ubuntu.com/7086079/

Closing this; no movement for a month; and, according to CI, joyent is working.
