Bug Description

juju metadata generate-image -i 209316 -s wheezy --show-log
2014-02-23 20:33:27 INFO juju.environs open.go:158 environment info already exists; using New not Prepare
2014-02-23 20:33:27 INFO juju.provider.openstack provider.go:173 opening environment "other-hpcloud"
2014-02-23 20:33:28 INFO juju.plugins.metadata imagemetadata.go:74 creating image metadata for environment "other-hpcloud"
2014-02-23 20:33:28 INFO juju.plugins.metadata imagemetadata.go:123 no destination directory specified, using current directory
2014-02-23 20:33:28 ERROR juju.cmd supercommand.go:293 image metadata files could not be created: invalid series "wheezy"
ERROR exit status 1

However, juju doesn't reject default-series: <non-ubuntu-release> and as such generate-image data should not restrict this.
